It is easier to register with a computer rather than with a smartphone. We’ve had rare issues with using Safari accessing the credit card payment field, so we recommend Chrome.

How to put an item in your shopping cart

On the Shop / Register page, click on the item you wish to purchase. You will see the item’s image and some details. Now click the black “Add to Cart” button. Fill out the form and then click the black "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the form.

Once you've clicked this second "Add to Cart" button,  you will see a black bar or button with a small white shopping cart icon to the top right. Sometimes this icon takes a minute or so to show up, but it usually just takes a few seconds. On a smartphone, the icon could be at the bottom of your screen. Refresh your browser if the icon still is not showing.

Click on the shopping cart icon. This will take you to the Shopping Cart with your item(s) lined up.

FROZEN FORM?: If you've forgotten to fill out a required field, that field will have a red "Required" box above the field. On longer forms, you might not see that a required field is missing and the form seems to “freeze.” Scroll up on the form to find the missing “Required” field.

SHOPPING CART:
If you want to delete an item, click on the light gray "X" next to the item’s price. (It can also be deleted once you get to the Order Summary by clicking on the “Remove” link beneath the quantity.)

If you want to edit the details of your entry, click on the "Edit Details" link beneath the item's name. That will take you back to the form, where you can scroll through and make changes. Once satisfied,  click the black "Save" button at the bottom of the form. This will take you back to the Shopping Cart.

If you want to add another item (like Shipping, another quilt entry or workshop, etc.), click on our Shop / Register button and click on the item you wish to add, click on “Add to Cart” and put in your information for that item. Click on “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the form. This additional item will now be in your Shopping Cart. (As described above, clicking on the black Shopping Cart button will take you to the cart.)

PURCHASING MULTIPLES OF TICKETS: To purchase multiples of the same ticket, complete the short Pre-Order Ticket form. You can change the quantity field on the Shopping Cart page once you’ve added it to your cart. On the form, you can list the recipients of the tickets. We will have these names at the check-in table.

After you’ve placed an item in your Shopping Cart, you might want to add another item before proceeding to “Checkout.”

Click on the Shop / Register button (top right hand side of the page or at the bottom of the page) to return to the listings. (If you’re adding the same item, you can also wait for the black button to read ADD TO CART before clicking on it.)

Scroll to the item you wish to add, and click on it.

Then click on the “Add to Cart” button. Fill out the form, then click on the black “Add to Cart” button.
Now when you click on the black bar with the Shopping Cart icon (see image), you will see your items lined up. At this point, you can proceed to “Checkout” or add another item or change the quantity as described above.

CHECKOUT
Once you've decided the Shopping Cart has the item(s) and quantities you desire, click on the black "Checkout" button. On the next page, you'll be asked for your email. Add and click "Continue."

On the Payment page, provide your credit card information and click "Continue."

On the next page, you'll have an opportunity to review your purchase and edit your Email and Payment information if needed. 

Once you've reviewed, click on the black "Purchase" button. You will get a confirmation email of your purchase.

Invalid Card Information

If you see an “Invalid card information” notification (in red) after submitting your payment information, check that you’ve typed in the credit card number and address correctly, and make sure you have filled in the security code (CSC/CVV/CCV) field.

A drop-down menu sometimes appears differently on a smartphone than on a computer. The options may appear at the bottom of your device’s screen. (See image.) Use your finger to scroll to your choice, click on it, and then click on “Done.”
