Below are dates for our March 5 - 7, 2026 Indiana Heritage Quilt Show (IHQS). Entering a quilt? Registering for a workshop? All the dates you need to know are right here!

| Sept. 2 | Registration Opens: Quilt entry and Workshop registration opens at 9am (EST). Please do not use single-use credit cards (a.k.a. virtual credit cards) for payment. |
| 2026 | |
| Feb. 9 | Quilt Entries are due by 8pm (EST). No refunds on quilt entries. |
| Feb. 13 | IHQS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS received by quilt entrants. Watch for this email in February! If you have not received instructions by Feb. 13, email: entries@ihqs.org. |
| Feb. 16 | Last day to cancel a workshop with refund minus $10 service fee. No refunds after 5pm (EST) on Feb. 16. Email Workshop questions to ihqs@ihqs.org. |
| Feb. 23 - 27 | Shipped quilts must arrive at the Monroe Convention Center. |
| Feb. 28 | Hand-delivered quilts must arrive between 10am and 12pm (noon). |
| March 2 | Last day to pre-order tickets and be entered for a door prize. Deadline is 5pm (EST). |
| March 5 - 7 | IHQS at the Monroe Convention Center. |
| March 7 | Walk-In pick up between 7pm and 8pm. No early release of quilts. |
| March 9 | Shipped Quilt Returns will be delivered to the FedEx Center. |
