IHQS would not be possible without the support of our generous sponsors! As many as 3,000 quilters, fiber artists, and art enthusiasts attend our show each year. During the three days of workshops, exhibits, and activities, patrons spend a good deal of time exploring what Bloomington has to offer, visiting our local dining and shopping establishments.

Becoming a sponsor is a great way to drive traffic to your business before, during, and after the show! Quilters have a strong buy-local ethic that extends far beyond shopping for quilt materials.

Do you have a family quilter you would like to honor? Does your bee or guild have an outstanding volunteer to celebrate? Depending on the level of sponsorship, sponsor names appear on the IHQS webpage, flyers, the show's sponsor board, and on winning quilts. Sponsorships start at $100 and go up to $2,500 for Best of Show.

All Sponsor names are listed on:

• the Sponsorship Board at the show.

• the flyer provided to all quilt entrants and workshop participants.

• the IHQS website.

Award selections in the category you choose are subject to available options at time the sponsorship funds and contract are received.

Friend of the Show: $100

Bronze: $150

• Exclusively sponsor, with on-site sign beside winning quilt:
  Third Place Award*

Silver Sponsor: $350

• Exclusively sponsor, with on-site sign beside the winning quilt:
  Second Place Award* or Special Award* (Hoosier Award, Mayor’s Choice, Viewer’s Choice, or Commissioner’s Award)

• Two tickets for one-day admission to the show: $20 value.**

• IHQS Sponsor sign for store window.

Gold Sponsor: $600

• Exclusively sponsor, with on-site sign beside the winning quilt:
  First Place Award* or the Young Quiltmaker* Category

• Four tickets for one-day admission to the show: $40 value.**

• IHQS Sponsor sign for store window.

• Linked logo added to name on Sponsorship page of IHQS website.

• Logo (if provided) added to name on Sponsorship Board at the show.

• One exclusive “thank you” posted on our social media pages.

Platinum Sponsor: $1250

• Exclusively sponsor, with on-site sign beside the winning quilt:
  Special Show Exhibits*, the Exemplary Hand Quilting Award*, or the Exemplary Machine Quilting Award*

• Four tickets for one-day admission to the show: $40 value.**
