Fabric Scrapbooking with Flat Dolls and Journaling

  Status ***Closed***
elinor peace bailey - Fabric Scrapbooking with Flat Dolls and Journaling

If you are a collector of bits and pieces, precious fabrics, buttons, sewing treasures, family remembrances, tiny dolls and toys, and are anxious to give these fancies meaning for the future, why not take a nod from scrap bookers? With heavy weight interfacing or small quilts, create a folio to wrap them in like the binding of a book. You can tell the story attached to your treasures, with color, texture, the written word and the flexibility that fiber has to offer. You can include photos transferred to fabric and anything your pointy little head can steal from technology. Most of us have been gathering “STUFF” like magpies, now we can lend it meaning, for our own pleasure and posterity.
