This piece was started in a class to simply learn curved piecing. HA! It took on a life of its own. Dense machine quilting adds another dimension to the surface--it seems to hold new surprises each time I look at it. This quilt is a Karen K. Stone pattern using paper foundation piecing. I choose to use Cherrywood and batiks for my fabric choices.
