Made entirely by hand, taking 3,822 hours, using my hand-dyed fabric and the needle-turn appliqué. The center is an unfolding kaleidoscope reaching out with a graceful flow to the beauty of the flowers surrounding it. The quilting is a stylized feather design gracefully enclosing the kaleidoscope.
Source of Design: Original.
Made and Quilted by: Betty Ekern Suiter.
