"Jellies in Motion" was inspired by the spectacular jelly fish on display at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California . It is entirely pieced and was designed at a workshop taught by Ruth B. McDowell. |

After seeing the background fabric, I machine appliquéd the two large trees and pieces of land onto the firey-fabric. The quilting and thread work was all done using my Singer Featherweight machine. |
